When refunds apply
Refunds are issued if:

• The wrong item is delivered
• The product is damaged
• The order is cancelled before delivery

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Timelines depend on your payment provider.
Returns & deductions
A ₹30 fee is applied on returns or exchanges to cover delivery costs.

This amount is deducted from the refund.
Returns & exchange process
Returns are verified at pickup.

A delivery partner confirms the item condition with you before completing the return to the store.

For exchanges, the return is completed first, followed by a fresh delivery of the replacement item.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, a ₹35 fee may be charged to cover logistics costs.
