Response time
Most queries are resolved within 24–48 hours.
Urgent issues are typically addressed within 6–12 hours depending on priority.
Some cases (like payments or escalations) may take longer.
Escalation
If your issue isn’t resolved, you can reply to the same email to escalate it.
We review escalations internally to ensure fair resolution.
Availability
Support hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, even outside standard hours where feasible.
