Fybr Payment Terms
1. Payment Terms for Customers
1.1 Payment Methods
Customers can pay via credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and other accepted methods.
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Payments must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS after a successful transaction.
1.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for delivery.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
1.4 Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, customers should contact support with transaction details.
Fybr is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
1.5 Pricing & Additional Charges
All product prices include applicable taxes.
Convenience and delivery charges may apply based on the location and order size.
1.6 Security & Fraud Prevention
Customers must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
Fybr reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
2. Payment Terms for Merchants
2.1 Payment Settlement
Merchants receive payments after successful order completion, minus the Fybr commission.
Settlements are processed weekly or as per the agreed-upon schedule.
2.2 Commission Structure
Fybr charges a 30% commission on total sales made through the platform.
Additional fees may apply for promotional placements or featured listings.
2.3 Refunds & Chargebacks
In case of a refund, the deducted amount will be adjusted in the next settlement.
Fybr is not responsible for chargebacks initiated by customers.
2.4 Payment Processing & Compliance
Merchants must provide accurate bank details for settlements.
Fybr reserves the right to hold payments for any suspicious transactions.
2.5 Tax Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their own tax filings and compliance.
Fybr may deduct applicable taxes as per government regulations.
3. Payment Terms for Delivery Drivers
3.1 Earnings & Payouts
Delivery drivers receive payments based on completed deliveries.
Payments are processed on a weekly basis via bank transfer or digital wallets.
3.2 Incentives & Bonuses
Drivers may earn incentives based on performance, peak-hour deliveries, or customer ratings.
3.3 Deductions & Penalties
Any penalties for failed deliveries, customer complaints, or policy violations will be deducted from earnings.
3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Drivers handling COD orders must deposit collected amounts within the stipulated time.
Any discrepancies in COD settlements will be investigated and may result in payment holds.
3.5 Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Fybr reserves the right to suspend or terminate drivers engaged in fraudulent activities.
Compliance with local tax regulations is the responsibility of the delivery driver.
4. Updates to Payment Terms
Fybr reserves the right to modify payment terms and conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of any significant updates through the platform or email notifications.
