Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. Depending on your payment method, the credited amount may reflect within 7–10 business days.
1. Merchant-Based Return Policy
All returns are subject to the return policy of the specific merchant from whom you purchased the item.
Return windows, eligibility (e.g., tags intact, unworn condition), and refund methods may vary.
You can view each merchant’s return policy on the product page before placing an order.
2. How to Request a Return
Go to the “My Orders” section in the Fybr app.
Tap on the item you wish to return.
If eligible under the merchant’s policy, the “Return” option will appear.
Follow the instructions to submit your return request.
3. Pickup & Refund
If the return is approved, our delivery team will schedule a pickup.
Once the item is received and inspected by the merchant, your refund will be processed as per their terms (to your original payment method or Fybr Wallet).
Refund processing times vary by merchant, but most are completed within 7–10 business days.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items like innerwear, swimwear, or custom-stitched pieces may be non-returnable, depending on the merchant.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout cannot be returned.
