At Fybr, we’re all about instant fashion. Our goal is to deliver your order within minutes of purchase, so you never have to wait to look your best.

1. Instant Delivery Promise

• We offer on-demand delivery for all in-stock fashion items from our partnered stores.
• Most orders are delivered within 10–40 minutes from the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Hours

• Fybr operates from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
• Orders placed outside these hours will be prioritized for the next available slot.

3. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure instant delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions such as heavy rain or storms
• Traffic disruptions
• High order volumes during peak hours, festivals, or major promotions
• Remote or low-service areas where partner availability is limited

If your delivery is delayed, we’ll keep you updated via app notifications or SMS.

4. Delivery Charges

• A minimal convenience fee may apply, which will be visible at checkout.
• Special packaging or peak-time deliveries may have additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

• You can track your order live via the Fybr app from the moment it leaves the store until it arrives at your doorstep.

6. Failed Deliveries

• If we’re unable to reach you at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you twice.
• If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to the merchant and marked as a failed delivery.
